Research On Intervention Mechanism Of Emergency In Higher School

Higher school is a public place with dense population, gathering youth, multifarious activity and getting much attention from commonage. When a fatal emergency took place in higher schools, it would inevitably bring the important loss to teachers, students, schools and society, and influence the stability of higher schools campus seriously. Therefore, it has very important theories meaning and reality value to strengthen the research of preventing and interfering emergency in higher schools. This thesis carries on analysis and induction of the definition, classification, characteristics of emergency in higher schools, and then carries on a study on the composing factors of intervention mechanism and how to put it into execution. The full text is totally divided into 4 parts as follows:Chapter 1, giving a summary of emergency that includes various definition of emergency and the research of emergency at home and abroad. The intervention of emergency in higher school would be the point, and then elaborating the research frame and research point of this theory.Chapter 2, introducing and analyzing the classification and the characteristics of emergency in higher school from a macro perspective, and while inducing with argument to the necessity and the possibility of building up an intervention mechanism in higher school. And then discussing the impact of emergency on the college students'psychological and physical life, the colleges'reputation and the economy, and the students'family. At last explaining the necessity of emergency intervention mechanism and demonstrating its feasibility on theory and practice two levels.Chapter 3, discussing the main composing factors of the intervention mechanism in higher school. Emergency in higher school is not isolated, and not static. As China's social development, emergency gradually diversified many forms we never encountered. To remain steadfast, the intervention mechanism of emergency should be rich in content, clear thinking, rational structure, and should include the establishment of rules and regulations, organizational structure, well-funded protection, and the public's support and so on.Chapter 4, the implementation and improvement of intervention mechanism in higher school.
