The rapid development of information technology has brought revolutionary changes to people's lifestyles and production methods.As the carrier of the information technology industry,IT staff has rapidly increased in size,and occupational stress issues have become increasingly prominent.This study used questionnaires and case interviews to investigate the status of occupational stress among employees of IT enterprises in Dalian Software Park.Based on this data,we analyze and study occupational stressors,stress expressions,and mitigation methods.Through the author's investigation and research,it is found that the IT staff in the park generally have occupational pressure.The main stressors include interpersonal tension caused by strong self-awareness,lack of personal ability caused by rapid knowledge update in career development,and physical and mental health problems caused by long-term lack of exercise.In response to the above occupational stress problems,the author uses the group work method to help and intervene for employees in need.By establishing a support group,the team members' interpersonal interactions were improved and the team members were able to achieve individual empowerment.Through the way of sports,eliminate fatigue,enhance team awareness,and achieve the goal of alleviating the professional pressure of team members.Therefore,the author believes that the group work method is necessary and feasible to alleviate the occupational stress of IT staff.This approach is not only compatible with the growing professional pressure of today's IT staff,but in recent years the country has actively encouraged and supported the development of the IT industry.The number of IT staff is constantly expanding and there is a large demand for continuous.Therefore,the author suggests that the development of social work should be accelerated,and professional social workers should coordinate social forces and form a social relationship of mutual love and mutual assistance.Taking the employees' physical and mental health,career development and planning,and social participation as the main contents,the development goals of society,enterprises and employees are achieved.
