The Current Situation Of Safety Education And Security Defense In Primary And Secondary Schools In Japan

Safety is the fundamental guarantee of human existence.Education is the main activity of human civllization.However,in recent years,the economy developed so quickly and the society is heading forward in a unprecedented pace,the security problems that threaten human life are becoming more and more complicated.Therefore,over the years the security problems have been alarm bells,especially the primary and secondary school students' safety problem is the attention of the whole society.Primary and secondary school students are very weak because of their small age,lack of self-protection awareness,and lack of security awareness.They are often threatened by various factors.Therefore,special safety education and safety management for primary and secondary school students is very important.To some extent,the security of primary and secondary school students is related to the stability of the state,the society and every family.As a special organization to train people,the school is the most suitable and main place for safety education.In the context of globalization,respect for the meaning of life,to protect the safety of children has become the theme of the times,many countries have promoted safety education to the strategic level of national education development,attaching great importance to safety education of students and security of school.As a troubled island nation,Japan attaches great importance to safety education and safety defense mechanisms in primary and secondary schools.Since the sixties and seventies of last century,the Japanese government has clearly put 'life education" as the core of the safety education,and to carry out safety education for the primary and secondary school students with rich content and diverse forms.In addition,since the massacre happened in Ikeda primary school in 2001,the Japanese government and the whole society began to re-examine the campus safety problems in Japan.The event shocked the whole country,and the country re-strengthened the construction of the security defense system of campus to give students to a safe campus.Through the discussion of the theoretical basis of school safety education and security defense,this thesis studies the contents,methods and the guarantee of safety education in primary and secondary schools in Japan.At the same time,combined with the construction situation of the security and defense in primary and secondary schools in the new era,the thesis explores the enlightenment to our country of studying the safety education and security situation in primary and secondary schools of Japan.The full text is divided into five parts,the detail is as follows:The first part,the main content is the background and significance of the research,the present research situation at our country and abroad,and the research methods of this paper.The second part,discusses the present status of safety education in primary and secondary schools in Japan from the aspects of contents and methods.It also shows some local schools' example,such as the safety education in Gunma County.The third part,describes the current Japanese primary and secondary schools'situation of security and defense.The fourth part,discusses the guarantee of carrying out safety education and security defense in primary and secondary schools in Japan.The fifth part,describes the enlightenment from Japan's safety education and the situation of security and defense to our country.
