School safety education mainly depends on teachers as the backbone,because safety education teachers are connected with students and safety knowledge of the bridge and link,and the quality of safety teachers is directly related to the quality of safety education effectiveness.In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Guidelines for Public Safety Education in Primary and Secondary Schools",primary and secondary schools should be equipped with full-time safety education teachers to be responsible for the safety education and teaching of students.It is urgent to build a long-term mechanism of safety education in primary and secondary schools,improve the safety education management system and improve the quality of safety education and teaching for the students,the key is teachers.Therefore,it is imperative to build a high-quality safety education teachers.In view of this,the author of "safety education teacher construction" as the title,the primary and middle schools in Tai'an City,the construction of safety education teachers to investigate the situation,and strive to find the problem,find out the reasons for the proposed improvement,Taian City primary and secondary schools to promote safety Healthy and stable development of education teachers.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the basis of the topic,research significance,research summary,the definition of the concept of content,which in the research section,this paper from the "primary and secondary education safety" and "teacher team" The results of the in-depth summary for the follow-up study of this article opened the train of thought.The second part is the overview of the construction of safety education teachers in primary and secondary schools.It mainly includes the definition of related concepts,the relevant theoretical basis and the necessity of the construction of the safety education teachers in Tai'an primary and secondary schools.The third part is the analysis of the problems existing in the construction of teachers' safety education in elementary and middle schools in Tai'an.The main problems include: the number of teachers in safety education is seriously insufficient,the teacher-teacher ration in urban and rural areas has obvious difference;the aging problem of teachers is prominent;the sex ratio is serious imbalance;the promotion of professional titles is difficult;the educational level is low;the self-identity is poor;Lack of teaching ability;low level of teaching and research;training and training problems such as poor results.At the same time,the author comprehensive statistical data and interview content,try to carry out in-depth and meticulous analysis of various problems,trace the source,to find the crux of the problem.The fourth part is the suggestion of the improvement of teachers' safety education in primaryand middle schools in Tai'an.In order to solve the existing problems,this part put forward some pertinent improvement suggestions,including: scientific planning,promoting the rational allocation of teachers in the safety education of primary and middle schools;improving the security education teachers' aging problem;Strengthen the base of this,and gradually enhance the level of education safety education teachers;pragmatic,to solve the worries of teachers;advancing with the times,enhance safety and improve the quality of teachers and teachers to improve the quality of education;Education teachers 'teaching ability;encourage innovation,enhance safety education teachers' scientific research ability;change ways to improve the quality of safety education teacher training.
