In the 21st century,the transformation of information technology has brought a profound effect on the education.With the rapid development of online education,mobile learning and informal learning,the micro-curriculum has emerged.Its simplicity and practicability makes it meet the needs of the learner to a greater extent,and attract increasing attention.With the society developments,the researches on life science became deeper,more attentions were paid on the biology.In the national and social development context,an increasing number of researchers and biology teachers have tried to explore and innovate the biology teaching.At present,the research on micro-curriculum was extensive,but the specialized research on development and application of biology micro-curriculum was not deep enough,and the corresponding micro-curriculum evaluation system was also to be developed.The high school biology teaching has been combined with the micro-curriculum,and the pattern of high school biological micro-curriculum design and development has been tried to construct,and developed biological micro-curriculum has been applied to the teaching practice,and the construction of high school biological micro-curriculum evaluation system has been explored,which was to promote the development of biological micro-curriculum and the teaching quality.First of all,the students and biology teachers of Guangming New District senior middle school in Shenzhen and the fourth middle school in Baota District of Yan'an City were taken as the object of investigation.Through the questionnaire and interview,the present situation of biology teaching and the understanding of biology teachers and students to micro-curriculum was realized.Secondly,on the basis of studying the application of biological micro-curriculum,the five principles of biological micro-curriculum design and the development model of three types of micro-curriculum were extracted,and the framework system of "micro-curriculum of life activities regulation" was raised.Next,three typical types of micro-curriculum were systematically analyzed and other auxiliary teaching resources were displayed.Finally,the micro-curriculum of "life activities regulation" was applied to the teaching activity,and through the feedback of questionnaire and evaluation scale,the effects of micro-curriculum application were analyzed.The results of teaching practice of corresponding micro-curriculum have shown that using micro-curriculum to preview the content of "life activities regulation"reduced the difficulty of mastering the part of knowledge,and deepened the students'understanding of conditioned reflex,water and salt balance,immunity and any other knowledge.After class,using micro-curriculum to expend knowledge has made students understand more causes of life phenomena,and stimulated students' interest to understand the life activities.The kind of exercising micro-curriculum helped students grasp the relationship between the deflection of the ammeter and the conduction of excitement,and solve the problems encountered in the exercise.It can be seen that the rational use of micro-curriculum in high school biology teaching can fully stimulate students' interest in learning,effectively deepen students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and help students enhance self-study ability.Meanwhile,micro-curriculum should be complementary to other teaching resources in order to promote students'learning to a greater extent.In addition,the creation of micro-curriculum should follow its design principles,be student-centered,be carefully designed,be diverse,so as to be a micro-curriculum that can really accelerate students' development.This study was a practical exploration of the combination of micro-curriculum and biology teaching,which has promoted the application of micro-curriculum in high school biology teaching to a certain extent and provided reasonable reference for the design and development of biological micro-curriculum.
