With the continuous integration of information technology and education,the micro-course was born as a new learning resource.Its introduction quickly set off a wave in the domestic education sector.At present,there are many mature micro-course websites in China,for example,China's micro-course network,China teacher's class center,Netease open class and so on.The openness of the network has prompted the development of micro-course.How to develop micro-courses scientifically and efficiently has become a hot topic of discussion.This paper will take immune regulation,the third compulsory course of human education edition,as an example to further explore the design and development of high school biology micro-course.Through literature review,the characteristics,types and research status of micro courses at home and abroad are understood,and the research significance and value of micro courses are analyzed based on the research status at home and abroad,On the basis of literature review,relevant theories of micro courses are summarized,which focus on the development of students' high-level thinking ability,rather than students' mechanical mastery of knowledge.Interviews were conducted with teachers and students of the practice school to find out whether the school's infrastructure meets the requirements of the use of micro courses,to understand the learning situation of high school students,as well as the attitude of school leaders towards teaching with micro courses,and to determine the feasibility of micro courses.Listening to teachers and students' understanding and evaluation of micro courses,and getting some effective suggestions from them will be conducive to the design and production of follow-up micro courses.With the help of case study method,some excellent micro-course cases are analyzed and commented,and the design principles of the micro-courses are summarized to provide theoretical guidance for the subsequent design of micro-course.In combination with the recent development zone of students,the production process of micro-course is divided into the following six steps: textbook analysis,learning situation analysis,script design,courseware making,video recording and video editing.According to the knowledge structure of "Immune Regulation",the author chooses the way of PPT screen recording to record five micro courses: "AIDS","Composition of the immune system","function of the immune system","humoral immunity","cellular immunity".Among them,AIDS is used as pre-class introduction,while the other four are used as classroom teaching.The design,courseware making and recording process of micro course are introduced in detail.Applying the produced micro-curriculum to the classroom for practice,the author takes a process evaluation and a questionnaire survey on the results of the practice.The process evaluation mainly examines the performance of students in class,the completion of in-class exercises and the independent learning of self-study students at night.There are certain scoring indexes for each item.The use effect of micro-course is determined by comparing with the previous class scores and the two control classes.The questionnaire will be written in four aspects: content design,technical analysis,use effect,and recruitment of students' opinions.Through the questionnaire survey of students,we can further understand the use of the micro-courses in the classroom and what are the shortcomings in the production,and provide reference for the subsequent micro-curriculum production.The following results were obtained through research:(1)The content design of the micro-course: the goal is clear,the difficulty is prominent,the content order is reasonable,and the humor is interesting.(2)Production of micro-courses: dubbing specifications,smooth speech,and synchronization with animation.(3)The effect of micro-courses: it is conducive to cultivatingindicating that micro-curriculum has practical significance in high school biology and has great potential for development..Through practical research,this paper finally comes to the conclusion that :(1)the use of micro-course teaching facilitates teachers' teaching and students' learning.(2)the use of micro-courses in teaching is conducive to cultivating students' interest in learning,improving their learning attitude and learning initiative.(3)the use of micro-course group teaching is conducive to cultivating students' sense of cooperation.(4)flipped classroom teaching with micro courses conforms to the student-centered educational thought,which will also help flipped classroom achieve better teaching effect in continuous practice.As a relatively new educational resource,micro-course is deeply favored by most scholars.Although it can improve students' learning interest and initiative to some extent,it also has certain limitations,micro-course cannot exist independently from traditional courses.The continuation of the traditional curriculum is bound to have its merits.The educators can combine the micro-course with the traditional classroom to make up for the inadequacies of the traditional classroom,thus improving the teaching effect.It is hoped that the research on micro-curriculum in this paper can provide some valuable reference information for other researchers.
