Instructional design is the basis of teaching,as well as the guarantee of teaching quality,optimizing instructional design is the need of educational development,micro-lecture has educational resources and information technology products of the dual"identity",its application in the instructional design,not only for the optimization of instructional design provides a new way of thinking,but also to adapt to the current needs of the development of educational information.However,the application of the micro-lecture there are random,the role of a single and the low fit with the instructional design and other issues in current,and thus failed to play the role of micro-lecture.At first,this research uses the literature research method to summarized the micro-lecture and the instructional design,as well as the research status and related theoretical basis of micro-lecture and instructional design;Then,using the questionnaire survey and interview method investigated the instructional design and the application of micro-lecture in high school biology teachers;Combined with the shortcomings found in the survey,put forward the principles and methods of the rational application of micro-lecture,based on it,has designed the teaching content based on the micro-lecture,and analyzed some of the teaching cases;In order to test "The instructional design based on micro-lecture" practical application effect,carried out an educational experiments conducted in two parallel classes of Chongqing.The results of the survey show:Teachers' awareness degree and attention degree of instructional design and micro-lecture are relatively high,in practical teaching,most teachers can seriously carry out instructional design,and have the desire and behavior to apply the micro-lecture in teaching,however,the form of their instructional design tends to be traditional,the effect of Micro-lecture application is also poor.The case study of "The instructional design based on micro-lecture" shows:the micro-lecture is suitable for apply in preview,class-teaching import,class-teaching and review.And it can enhance the quality of instructional design by reduce the difficulty of learning from students,active classroom atmosphere,facilitate Students' learn and so on.The results of educational experiments show:In terms of the academic performance,the experimental class was significantly higher than the control class;In terms of the student survey,the experimental class students in the biology of learning interest,attention,classroom satisfaction and so on are better than the control class;In terms of the learning process,the attitude and classroom performance of experimental class is generally better than the control class,among them,classroom participation,communication,emotional thinking are better than the control class,but the control class performed better in terms of attention.The conclusions are as follows:the high school biology teachers have been generally aware of the importance of instructional design to teaching,and support the application of micro-lecture,but the quality of instructional design and the rationality of micro-lecture application has yet to be improved;The rational application of micro-lecture in instructional design is conducive to improving the quality of instructional design;"The high school's biology instructional design based on micro-lecture" in the actual teaching,can have a lot of positive effects on students' academic achievement,learning interest,learning attitude,classroom performance and so on,and it conducive to the development of teaching activities.The innovation of this research is:focus on the study of instructional design in the aspect of teaching resources,highlight the application of micro-lecture to optimize the instructional design,and exploring the rational application of micro-lecture.Due to the time and condition,there are still three deficiencies in this study:first,the scope of the questionnaire survey object is narrow;secondly,the educational experiment time is shorter;third,the object of this educational experiment is not rich.It is hoped that follow-up studies will take into account the above-mentioned deficiencies and complement and refine them.
