| After the promulgation of the new sports and health curriculum standards in 2011,various schools and schools in various regions of the country have introduced various policy documents to support and encourage the healthy development of school sports.School sports have made rapid progress in this intense tide of reform.The Third Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee pointed out:In the whole education work,the relatively weak links are still school sports,the main problems are not enough physical education teachers,students participate in physical exercise less time,lack of space and facilities,young people’s physical health is still Is a quality education in a short board.In 2016,the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote the All-round Development of Students’ Physical and Mental Health",and put forward the requirements of "promoting the construction of sports facilities" and "integrating all aspects of sports resources to support school sports",indicating that our country is School sports in the history of the greatest reform.As we all know,Shenzhen as an eastern coastal city,sports curriculum reform relative to the advantages of inland cities is more obvious,as a specific region of Shenzhen junior high school physical education is the status of its rapid development of political,economic and educational coordination,is placed in front of us of the important issues.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,and analyzes the situation of PE teachers,the situation of students,the development of physical education and extracurricular sports,the situation of site facilities and the influencing factors Guangming New District,Guangming New District,Guangming New District High School,4 Junior High School,Guangming New District Experimental School,Guangming New District Experimental School,Guangming New District,Guangming New District High School.The survey results show that:(1)Shenzhen,as a relatively developed area in China,the local education departments and schools attach great importance to physical education courses,can be equipped with adequate physical education teachers,in line with national requirements on the basis of arrangements for local characteristics of physical education,Adequate sports equipment,to promote the development of local physical education.(2)The age and teaching structure of physical education teachers are reasonable,but the proportion of male and female is slightly out of balance,the allocation of senior titles is insufficient,the strength of sports and teachers is large,the number of participating training is not enough and the scientific research ability is not prominent.(3)Most of the students are interested in physical education and extracurricular activities,and that physical fitness is improved after exercise.But there are still some students affected by the pressure and other factors affect the lack of exercise.(4)The allocation of physical education unreasonable;teaching content by the examination,the venue and other factors,to carry out the project and students like the existence of the project;sports assessment of a single,ignoring the diversity of students.(5)Extracurricular sports activities are rich in content,but the higher the grade,the less extracurricular activities.(6)sports venues to meet the basic needs of teaching,but the project site there is a coincidence phenomenon,part of the site facilities are abandoned phenomenon.In view of the problems arising from the findings,the following suggestions are made:(1)to strengthen the building of teachers,improve their ability;(2)optimize the curriculum to mobilize student interest;(3)to raise the awareness of the executive and to implement the policy;(4)to ensure the physical and cultural facilities to improve the material conditions;(5)to promote home school joint,to ensure exercise time. |
