Research On Personalized Knowledge Service In Online Learning Community

With the continuous development of network technology,the application and update of various new information technologies have greatly accelerated the progress of the network learning community.More and more users choose to exchange and share information in the network learning community.Because of its strong interaction and openness,the network community has been recognized and supported by more and more community members,and has gradually become an important place and way for people to obtain information and knowledge.However,due to the diversity of knowledge reserve,interest and profession,and industry requirements,the needs of community users are becoming more and more diversified and complicated,which requires the network learning community to provide knowledge services for users at the same time.Pay attention to strengthen the organic combination with individualized service,realize the individualized knowledge service of network learning community.This article takes the personalized knowledge service of the network learning community as the research object,mainly divides into five parts carries on the research.The first part of the paper describes the current research situation of the network learning community and personalized knowledge service at home and abroad.The second part introduces the connotation,characteristics and structure of the network learning community.The function and personalized knowledge service are summarized,and the definition and main features of personalized knowledge service in network learning community are given.The third part of the network learning community personalized knowledge service main body survey.The object,content,method and technology of personalized knowledge service in network learning community are compared and analyzed.The fourth part is about the users’ knowledge of individuation in the network learning community.The specific use of the knowledge service survey,summed up the network learning community personalized knowledge service problems,the fifth part of the network learning community personalized knowledge service targeted recommendations,mainly from the government.In order to improve the level and quality of the personalized knowledge service in the network learning community,the related strategies are put forward in three aspects: the network learning community and the users themselves.
