College library is the resource center of document and information,which is also an academic institution for teaching and scientific research.The library is also an important department for campus information center and intelligent construction.This paper initially reviews case of successful library personalized knowledge services in China and other countries,and bases on the intrinsic relationship between knowledge services and personalized services,uses the basic concept of knowledge service to guide the development of personalized services.The paper investigates and analyzes the user needs of deaf students in Zhejiang Vocational College of Special Education,builds a library-specific personalized knowledge service system in accordance with special education colleges,and conducts a comprehensive practice.Finally,in the practice of providing personalized knowledge services for the deaf students,the library receives corresponding feedback and evaluation,so as to improve and enrich the library's personalized knowledge service system,and further improve the teaching capabilities of Zhejiang Vocational College of Special Education.It also aims to meet the academic requirements for the deaf students and promote education equity by improving to the personalized development level of special education in Zhejiang.
