In the context of actively promoting "the National Teacher Education Technology Capacity-Building Plan" by the National Ministry of education, the educational technology ability training on the network for primary and secondary school teachers at home has been nearly5years. Many of the key concepts and methods of educational technology was known and applied by millions of teachers by network training. With the gradual in-depth training, the advantages and the freshness of the "temporal and spatial separation" learning environments was faded out, yet, trainees paid more attention to the training platform for supporting learning for learners. Network training was based on autonomous learning, learning process is entirely dependent on the learners’ motivation, self-control and learning strategies, In the meantime, every trainee who needed to work while teaching and training, would unavoidably encounter some conflicts and troubles. The requirements for network platform became increasingly more demanding, thus highlighted network problems in training on learning method, communication, technical support, emotional interactions and other aspects. The training platform itself should provide individualized learning support service for learners’ personal learning features to improve the quality and effects of online training. Which could guide and support learners learning effectively by using network resources, like promoted learners to adapt and acquire autonomous learning, and participated in online and offline interaction activities positively, and so on. Therefore, this thesis selected network training platform of primary educational technology training of teachers for research about that theory of network training and learning support service, then made individualized learning support service strategy by investigating and analyzed.Based on the arrangement and analysis of times, the training policies and the background of its implementation, firstly this thesis used literature analysis and investigation to tease the status that educational technology network training for teachers at home and aboard, and implementation of the learning support service on network training. This leaded respectively the inadequate of both key in the application. By clarifying concepts and finding theoretical basis, it summed up the constituent elements and content framework of individualized support services in network training. Secondly, the thesis collected instance data from some representative network training platform through observation approach, according to this record, analyzed the learners’ service experience in training by using network platform. During the thesis writing, the writer had the opportunity to participated in fabrication of network teaching materials and three classes network training. In training period, the writer collected various learning support services function and experience of learners in these training platforms, such as resources, communication, evaluation, etc, and tried to find its lake and problem. Eventually, the writer constructs5strategies of the individualized learning support services in educational technology ability network training platform for teachers. There are multiple means of individualized information push service, refine processing and classification management services for student resources, multiple complementary methods and multiple supervisors service for exchange and cooperation, converged individual learning styles and generated personalized learning process for learning style service, diversified teaching achievements presents for practice after training support services. It tries to make individualized learning support service system perfect in educational technology ability training for Teachers.
