Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Public Sports Service System In Yangzhou City

Public sports service,is an essential part of basic public service system,promoting China’s construction of public sports service system,is not only means meeting the growing fitness needs of people,but also the inherent requirement of livelihood construction.General Secretary Xi Jinping concluded a further request"we must adhere to the people-oriented,complete national fitness system,provide more and better public sports service,to realize the change from big sports nation to strong sports nation."Therefore,to strengthen the improvement of public sports service is not only the implement of the Party Central Committee’s strategic plan for China’s sports undertakings,but also an indispensable step to realize the change from big sports nation to strong sports nation.For Yangzhou,in early 2015,Yangzhou city won the award for the first batch of public sports service system in Jiangsu province construction demonstration area,in order to better promote the development of public sports service,it is necessary to build good public sports service system,improve the public service ability,provide the high quality of public service products.We can realize scientific and sustainable development of public sports service of Yangzhou in this way.This paper tries to status quo of Yangzhou public sports service system as the research pivot.It uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire survey to investigate the present conditions of Yangzhou public sports service system.The paper finds out the problems and causes of the construction of the public sports service system in Yangzhou and puts forward practical and effective countermeasures,which has laid a solid foundation for the rapid development of the public sports service in Yangzhou.The research shows that although the construction of the public sports service system in Yangzhou has achieved some achievements,there are some problems." which are mainly manifested in the use of sports facilities is not high,the capital investment is unbalanced,the internal operation coordination mechanism is not perfect,and the guidance service system is not perfect.Through the analysis,this paper argues that the reason for the existence of the problem is:the restriction of environment and design,to the masses sports due attention,the lack of system and mechanism,and personnel and internal management lags behind.On the basis of above analysis,this paper argues that,in order to improve the efficiency of Yangzhou city public sports service system construction,the following measures should be taken:improving regulations and improve policies to optimize the operation mechanism of public sports services;providing diversified supply of public sports services through government-led and multi-party participation;paying more attention to public opinion,improving people’s livelihood,and strengthening infrastructure for public sports;more outstanding and establishing brand to rich public sports service products and activities;expanding the participation of public sports residents through building platforms and using the Internet.
