Research Of Diversified Supply For Public Sport Service For Small And Middle Size City

Since China implemented its reform and opening up in the past 30 years, China's market economy has achieved a rapid development and people's standard of living has gained tremendous improvement in line with the significant increase of China's national strength. However, in the aspect of sports, the public service of our country is still lagging behind the social economic development. In order to ease the conflict between citizens' growing demand of public service and the shortage of government resources, our government has led the public service of sports to the market, conducting diversification operation. In the recent years, diversified supply of sports public service has achieved preliminary results, while there are still some problems need to be resolved urgently.This article takes the city of Rui'an as an example, trying to analyze the problems of facility construction, operation state, security and sanitary control of diversified supply for sports public service in the prospective of public management. It aims to provide suggestions for the improvement of the system, on the reality of our country as well as experiences of diversified supply for sports public service from developed countries.
