Social Work Involved The Study Of The Three Comforts Of The Wandering

beggars have always been the focus of national and other social assistance subjects.Among them,the three nom ads adopted by the Civil Af fairs Department with no living incom e,no ability to wor k,no legal m aintenance obligator or the obligator loses ability to work and is unabl e to support,thus lead to be a special group.Under the government's advancing work to precise poverty alleviation,their problem of food and cl othing have resolv ed by Five guarantees.However,their spiritual comfort requirem ents has not got replied.Based on the background I studies three nomads in this paper.The author expounded the background,liter ature review,main concepts and preliminary theory of this study firstly.What's more,the author is assisted by the staff of the J rescue station,using ques tionnaire survey m ethod,the structured interview method and field observati on method,To investigate the m ental well-being and spiritual comfort of 75 homeless people in the settlement,found they have adaptive dem ands,entertainment needs,interpersonal needs,self valu e realization needs and em otional needs a nd the needs o f the spir itual comfort category are not responded to because of the unperfect aid policy,the disabilities of three nomads,the lagging m anagement of the settlements,and the s taff's work concept is lagging behind.In addition,the author investigate the site staff,found the lack of satisfaction of the need f or spiritual comfort is d irectly related to th e management of the settlem ents and the working perceptions of the staf f.Based on the above research and predecessors' study of spiritual solace,the author successfully carried out the "warm flowing harbor" social work intervention in the Demand Hierarchy Theory,Social Quality Theory and Social Supporting Network,thus,studied the project planning,implementation and evaluation.Finally,this paper distills the service experience of social work intervention in the spiritual consolation of the three nomads,and puts forward systematic suggestions for further improving the life quality of the three nomads.
