Considered as one of the world's most influential education researchers,Zuo Tengxue thinks not only the traditional school needs to change,but also the teacher group.Some scholars claim that the current quality of a country's teachers is the nationals' quality in the future,which just fully embodies teachers' statuses and roles.Teachers' teaching level is the most pivotal teaching quality and no one can deny the importance of teaching in teachers' work.As a result,speeding up teacher's teaching development has aroused the whole society's attention.In terms of teachers themselves,teachers' teaching professional growths is connected to the development process and level of teachers' career,so how to make sure a teacher is growing quickly and correctly?"No one knows better than you yourselves",therefore,autobiography,also known as self resume,is an effective way to improve teaching level.A daily,problematic and step-by-step autobiography can stimulate teachers' professional spirit and enhance teachers' teaching innovation ability,so it plays a positive role in teachers' teaching professional growths,especially for women teachers.Women are considered to be better engaging in the education industry than men's.Humans have the common sense that female teachers are not just teachers,but also full of motherhood.Modern women teachers have profound knowledge and excellent personality traits.They are good at observing life and using their own pen to record their daily teaching.The female autobiographical theory has developed quite mature but this paper doesn't research from the perspective of sociology to critical gender inequality,but focusing on emphasizing women's gender advantages as educators.Teachers' gender provides people a new perspective for understanding teachers.Therefore,this paper selects five high school female teachers as researching objects,studying respectively from their story of teaching,teaching reflection,teaching log and teaching paper to analyze which teaching aspects are affecting through keeping writing autobiographies and what are the connections between those aspects and writing teacher's autobiographyThis thesis mainly takes narrative research method.Through contacting with the five teachers,illustrating them the research intention and promising them the research data is only for study not for other uses,I got the five teacher's autobiographies.What presented in this paper is just a little part of the information they provided,but that is enough to prove that they keeps writing autobiographies.This paper can be divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.This part mainly describes the reasons and backgrounds of the topic,the literature review both at home and abroad,the research method and the core concepts of this paper.The second part is the theoretical basis of autobiography,including Phenomenology,Ontologia and Psychoanalysis.Then the conclusion is that autobiographical writing has absorbed nutrition from them,but autobiography is not "them".The third part is about autobiography's own theory,which includes the necessity,possibility and main method of a high school female teacher's using of autobiography.The fourth part is the key part of this thesis:the female teachers and their autobiographies.Teacher Liu's teaching story,teacher Wang's teaching logs,teacher Zhang and teacher Zhao's teaching reflection,teacher Liu's teaching paper are all expressed in this part.Writing autobiography helps them in their teaching professional growth,so this part discussed what the specific aspects are that the autobiography can help in their teaching professional growth in detail.Chapter five is the end of this paper and also the conclusion and prospect part.Autobiography is an effective way for high school female teachers' teaching professional growth.Every high school female teacher should ignore the external pressure,adhering to writing autobiography in the future is the hope of this study.The research purpose of this paper is not to prove that autobiography method is almighty in promoting teachers' teaching level,but to illustrate the validity of autobiography through the theoretical analysis and personal narrative study.
