In education,teachers are the important factors that determine the quality of education and the effectiveness of teaching.Interpreting and studying the professional development of teachers can promote the professional development of more teachers.How to effectively promote the professional development of teachers in combination with the professional characteristics of teachers is a problem worth studying.However,through the analysis of literature,the author finds that the research on teachers 'professional development in our country emphasizes theoretical analysis,and pays less attention to the empirical research on teachers' ideological confusion,teaching experience,and survival status.In particular,the narrative research on the professional development of teachers is rare.Based on this reality,the author uses the narrative research method and takes himself as the research object to describe the development history and development story of the author's teacher career,and forms an objective understanding of his professional development through the analysis of the story.Finally,it gradually presents the essence of education.That is to say,teachers should be aware of the problems to be solved at each stage of development,guide their own development planning with the concept of lifelong learning,constantly study and study,promote self-renewal,use effective ways to eliminate job burnout,and eventually form their own teaching characteristics.The study is divided into four parts.Firstly,it introduces the background of the research,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,defines the relevant concepts,and explains the theoretical basis and research methods of the research.The article mainly narrates the story of the author's own professional development.Through the analysis of his own professional development story,the paper briefly outlines the characteristics of each stage of teacher's professional development and summarizes the factors that affect his professional development.By describing the author's professional development process,the research has been inspired by the professional development of teachers.For example,the professional development of teachers is influenced by many factors,including personal characteristics,knowledge base,etc.,as well as external factors such as society,school environment,development platform and training received.In view of these factors,the paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions,such as improving teachers 'personal literacy,conducting reflection and exchange,improving training system,formulating training plan,and creating a school teaching and research atmosphere.We hope that the first line teachers can bring their own professional advancement through this study.
