Interdisciplinary Master of pre-school Education is in the preparation stage of teacher' sprofessional growth,there is plasticity in.this stage for the process of teacher's career development.Pre-school Education is vital for a man getting grow up,which should not and could never be an experiment because Interdisciplinary Master of Pre-school Education has unclear professional development goals.Preschool education interdisciplinary background master of professional development cannot be established on the basis of predecessors' trial-and-error,Pre-school education is one of life important period of development,more should not wait for their professional development after entering work began to focus on.This research mainly adopts the narrative method,and interviews three graduating Interdisciplinary Master of Pre-school Education.Comparative analysis was made to them from the four dimensions of professional development:professional knowledge?professional ability?professional awareness and professional concept in order to get some ideas about developmentand growth of Interdisciplinary Master of Pre-school Education.this paper consists of three parts.The first part consists of chapter 1 and chapter 2,chapter 1 is the introduction part,starting with the reason of selected topic,I explained why I choose this research direction and I did a comprehensive analysis by classifiing the literature review mainly from the present situation study of postgraduate interdisciplinary Master,including Interdisciplinary Master of Pre-school Education and teachers' professional growth.chapter 2 compose of research design such as the selection of research method and the thesis framework etc.Chapter 3 is the second part of this paper,the author adopts the method of narrative research to describe respectively the professional growth story of three Interdisciplinary Master of Pre-school Education in this chapter.To realize how hard for the three students,A?B and C students come into the field of preschool education from layman by understanding the process of their professional growth,which render me to ponder over.what unknown stories happened on the way to their professional development?What are the three students in the process of professional development characteristics of commonness and individuality?What can we learn from them?The third part includes articles of chapter 4 and chapter 5.Chapter 4 is a master of three Pre-school education interdisciplinary background in the two aspects of personality and common characteristics of the professional development of summary.There are four personality traits:cross different motives,subject to different background,career choice,and professional development way;Common features are five:a strong sense of professional development,consistent professional identity consciousness,with weak professional knowledge,lack of professional skills and lack of scientific research ability.The author put forward the strategy of professional development in chapter 5 from the perspective of internal and external factors according to the problems and enlightenments.Internal factors:Give full play to the advantages of disciplines background combining their own background knowledge;Perfect knowledge structure and set up the concept of lifelong learning;Make grow plan actively and develop career planning;Adhere to study independently,get into the habit of constant introspection.External factors:Formulate graduate cultivating strategy,such asco-culture tranning between universities,combine doctrine with practice by holding education intership;Focus on the theory of Pre-school to strengthen scientific research ability.The key to the professional development of Interdisciplinary Master of Pre-school Education is themselves,which is the the most fundamental way to achieve their professional development.So they must set up the professional development consciousness and strengthen the independent learning ability if they want to seek and endevor to improve their specialized growth.
