Educational practice plays a very important role in the professional development of Master of Education.However,there are still some deficiencies in the current research on the educational practice of the Master of Education,especially there is a lack of research on the professional development of the Master of Education in educational practice from the perspective of the narrative research of “self” practice experience.Therefore,in this paper,the author discusses the professional development of the Master of Education who major in chemistry through narrative research.Through the research methods of educational narrative,this paper studies the key events that I experienced in the process of educational practice,and how to promot e self-professional development.The study found that: In the course of practice,the effective combination of theory and practice tutor community is the key to whom I learn from;A thorough understanding of the theory of attending lectures is the key to gradually change the role that I play as a middle school students knowledge learner in the course of attending lectures;Flexible class management and modern class management concept promote that I improve in class management;From the chemistry teaching classes of “halogen elemental oxidation” “sodium” “aluminum” and “chlorine solution”,I found the strategies are the guarantee of efficient chemistry class,for example,fully integrate the teaching material content to set class experiments,set driving problem and use chemical basic principle for learning the new knowledge;In the teaching of atom and molecule,I realized the lack of analysis the students' learning ability is the key factor that leads to the unsatisfactory class effect.These critical events during the internship process have profound implications for self-professional development.The paper puts forward some corresponding strategies for optimizing the educational practice of Master of Education.For strengthening the guidance in practice process,universities should take some strategies: for example,further refine of the management of education practice,and gradually improve the requirements of full-time Education Masters' teaching research ability;Further improve the " dual tutor community within and outside the college " training system;Further optimize the practice model to form a mutually beneficial internship model between university,secondary school and trainee.Primary &secondary school and trainee of Educatio n Master should also adopt some strategies to improve the internship.Strategies to enhance the teaching ability of Education Master: for example,before the lecture take the role of legal marginal participation to do the preparation;Carry out the case study in the course of lectures;In chemistry teaching,try to process some experiments in inquiry,and apply the modern experimental instruments to the teaching of chemistry experiment.At the same time,the class management ability of Education Master can be enhanced by reshaping the educational beliefs that support class management and continuously learn flexible ladder of class management.
