| With the continuous improvement of my country’s education level and the gradual advancement of the professional master’s system,the scale of postgraduate enrollment continues to expand.In the huge postgraduate entrance examination team,many students choose the interdisciplinary postgraduate entrance examination in order to improve their knowledge structure,develop their academic interests,and improve their professional qualities.The number of interdisciplinary postgraduate entrance examinations has increased year by year,and interdisciplinary learning has gradually become a relatively common phenomenon in postgraduate education.Take the master of education as an example.The number of students from non-education related majors exceeds one-third of the total number,and there is a trend of increasing year by year.When a master’s degree student with an interdisciplinary background conducts interdisciplinary study,relying on the strengths of undergraduate majors and combining new majors can not only promote exchanges between disciplines,but also inspire thinking.But correspondingly,interdisciplinary students may also face problems such as poor integration of new and old knowledge and poor professional adaptability.Therefore,the cultivation and improvement of the professional adaptability of interdisciplinary postgraduates is a problem that universities must face and pay attention to.Based on the connotation and analysis indicators of professional adaptability,learning transfer theory,and self-worth theory,this research uses questionnaire survey method,in-depth interview method and SPSS statistical analysis method to analyze the connotation of professional adaptability of interdisciplinary postgraduate students in X University Education,and proposes a professional adaptability model.According to the dimensions proposed by the model,the status quo of the professional adaptability of interdisciplinary postgraduates in pedagogy is investigated,the problems presented by this group in different dimensions of professional adaptability are analyzed,the influencing factors are explored,and solutions are proposed.The findings show that an interdisciplinary graduate education in general professional adaptability at a medium level,did not reach more compatible,the overall level to be further improved.Investigating the status quo of professional adaptability of interdisciplinary postgraduates in pedagogy at X University has found that its professional adaptability is closely related to the students’ original knowledge structure,personal learning ability,teacher teaching,tutor guidance,and school training mode and other influencing factors.In order to make the interdisciplinary master’s students of pedagogy better adapt to professional learning,the students themselves,teachers,and schools need to make adjustments. |
