The quality of the training of professional talents in vocational and technical education has received more and more attention in the process of the continuous development of vocational education in China.Among the masters of vocational and technical education, interdisciplinary students,as a special group, not only bring innovative thinking to the research of this subject, but also bring different perspectives to the cultivation of professional talents. The thinking of professional talent training should be based on the students' understanding and feelings of the profession to a certain extent, and the thinking mode of the students should be changed according to the level of students' understanding. Therefore, this research force discovers their thinking on the profession from the perspective of students' professional identification.Think about it.Professional identity is a series of changes and degrees of the attitudes and relationships of the inner feelings and behaviors associated with the broad-based cognitive evaluation of the professional in the professional learning process.Students' recognition of professionalism cannot simply be attributed to whether the identity is high or low,or whether they agree or disagree.Identity is a psychological concept. The recognition of professionalism is a dynamic process of change influenced by many factors. It is not a static and unchanging "solid state" performance. From the perspective of students, the narrative research method is used to collect and describe the students' professional learning experiences and feelings, which can more clearly present the “story” development track of professional identification and reproduce the subjective world of students.Keeping the moments of life in the form of stories, let the "people inside" and the "outsiders" produce feelings close to or even zero distance, prompting more people with parallel resonance to pay attention to the real situation of students' professional learning.Based on this, this study selected three graduate students of vocational and technical education majoring in non-educational subjects, and tried to explore their mentality through interdisciplinary learning through narrative research methods.Understanding.In the presentation of the life history of the three students, the analysis was carried out in two parts with “rhythm”.First, the pre-graduate part of the postgraduate study of three students, including the review of professional studies, work experience, and postgraduate choices;the second part of the postgraduate study period, including professional courses and teaching, professional value, professional emotions, professional behavior, professionalism,Employment prospects, the narrative data of the narrator is presented structurally in six dimensions.Through analysis,it is found that Y students are very recognized for the professional curriculum and teaching, professional value, and also have high professional emotions, and think that they are suitable for the study of the major.L students show a relatively unrecognized attitude towards professional courses and teaching, and do not establish good professional emotions, but they are more recognized for the value of professionalism, and they also work hard in professional learning, and think that they are suitable for research in the field of education..Relatively speaking, the professional recognition of R students is significantly lower than that of the first two students, especially the professional employment prospects have made her a negative idea of “graduating for graduation”.From the overall recognition of the three students, the professional employment prospects are the biggest influencing factors. In addition to the display and analysis of the static texts of the narrative materials, the author also makes a repetitive and cyclical view of the three students' narrations from the whole to the whole, from the whole to the whole, and strives to describe them in the narrative. The events or situations are classified according to categories, and a more comprehensive analysis is made to draw the professional identification characteristics and influencing factors of the interdisciplinary vocational and technical education masters. It can be seen that the professional identity has dynamic and complex changes. It will be affected by many aspects, and it is divided into two levels: internal factors and external factors. Finally, the author thinks about six ways to improve the professional identity of interdisciplinary vocational and technical education master students from the perspective of promoting students' professional development.
