This article involves the HOSPICE’s typical ethical dilemmas encountered in social work practice and highlight the ethical issues, through reflections on the premise of ethical value to prove the win-win of the legitimacy of the value of social work; For social workers in these situations the ethical choices and decisions to clarify and reiterated that social work general observance of professional ethics. Through the visual Angle of the sociology of the body in the process of research focusing on the analysis of patients with a danced cancer body experience and life experience and the perceptual experience to view their re-factoring; On the ethical principles of sorting and effectiveness analysis under different situation to make ethical judgments.With the help of social interaction theory, social workers ethical decisions and choices of ethical absolutism and relativism contrast argument. In order to further explore better raise ethical dilemmas in social work practice and deal with principles; To provide better raise social work practice for operating advice, to provide better raise social work practice the new viewpoint of ethical values. HOSPICE to raise the practical significance of the study the ethical values for social workers, the fourth part as part of the conclusion and discussion will discuss HOSPICE to raise social work ethics value research for hospice standardization of professional social work service system and its internal consistency with the core values of contemporary society.
