Since the 21 century,with the rapid development of big data technology,artificial intelligence,virtual reality technology and augmented reality technology,the methods,processes and models of education have gradually tended to virtualization,networking and humanization.In recent years,with the implementation of the national strategy of "Internet+" education,the research and development of network education and online education have entered a new stage.At the same time,the Educational Virtual Community(EVC)based on Internet emerges as the times require,and is widely used in online education and online education.With the deepening of related research,the construction theory,educational teaching mechanism,current situation investigation and so on of the Educational Virtual Community has become more and more perfect and has gradually stepped into the research path of ethics and function mechanism of Educational Virtual Community.A large number of previous research results show that the Educational Virtual Community is a typical,personalized and humanized network learning community,resulting in a series of behavioral irregularities in the communication between learners and teachers in the community.In order to avoid the phenomenon of behavioral anomie,to promote the healthy and harmonious development of Educational Virtual Community,to promote the learners' personality construction,generation and effective improvement of learning performance.The research on ethical norms of Educational Virtual Community will become a new direction of theoretical and practical exploration in the next step.Based on the above theoretical research and practical exploration,this study aims at promoting the improvement and harmonious development of the ethical system of the Educational Virtual Community,through theoretical analysis and empirical research.This paper systematically and deeply discusses the role of ethical norms in virtual community of education on learners' learning performance and their strategies of improvement.As a learner and a student of the "Learning Science and Technology" Educational Virtual Community,the above multiple identities promote the author's understanding and understanding of its connotation.After interviews with many domestic experts such as organizers,students and learners of MOOC platforms and education virtual communities,and combining with their own practical experience,we make relevant questionnaires,and make empirical analysis and summary of the questionnaire data.This paper draws the conclusion that the ethical norms of the Educational Virtual Community play an important role in learning performance,and make a systematic analysis and construction of the role and promotion strategies,as follows:The first chapter of this article uses the literature research method to carry on the comprehensive summary to the domestic and foreign related theory and the practice research,clear this research significance,the content and the method;the second chapter carries on the key analysis to the correlation key concept,It also shows the specific meaning and content of the ethics of Educational Virtual Community and the ethical norms of Educational Virtual Community.The third chapter is the part of questionnaire and empirical analysis,which introduces the whole process of empirical analysis of the questionnaire.Through factor analysis and cluster analysis,four key factors influencing the ethical norms of Educational Virtual Community are obtained: interactive behavior,conduct,values and balance.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the strategies of improving the learning performance of the ethical norms of the education virtual community,combining with the previous investigation and questionnaire survey,the author puts forward the specific promotion strategies.The fifth chapter is a summary and outlook,pointing out that the shortcomings of this study are mainly reflected in the universality of the role model,not strong scientific.There are some limitations in the role of the object,so as to make the prospect of future research,that is,broaden the horizon,absorb the words of a hundred schools,build a universally applicable ethical norms of the Educational Virtual Community to improve learning performance strategy model.In order to better promote the learners to learn high performance and learning literacy.
