Some foreign scholars,from the perspective of teachers,explore the problems in the evaluation of teachers through the analysis of teachers' perceptions to teacher evaluation,but at domestic research,the study of this theme is relatively scarce.This study is expected to have a deeper understanding of the current teacher evaluation system through the analysis of teacher evaluation cognition of exemplary high school teacher evaluation,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.The research method of this study is a combination of questionnaires and interviews.First of all,it analyzes the relevant data of teacher evaluation system,evaluation system implementation and evaluation results from the teacher's point of view.Besides,it summarizes the problems existing in teacher evaluation of teachers' perspectives and explores the causes from three aspects.At last,it puts forward better strategies and suggesstions to improve the evaluations of teachers from the national policy,school implementation,appraiser,and the change of teachers' concept.
