Present,the reform of school physical education is still in the process of deepening.The important content of school physical education reform is the implementation of physical education and health curriculum standards.The sports teaching physical education and health curriculum standard compared to the traditional significant changes,mainly reflected in: the guiding ideology of "health first" has been advocated,pay attention to the dominant position of students;encourage teachers to use inquiry teaching,thematic teaching,teaching in teaching methods;to give teachers some space in the choice of teaching material contents in the classroom;attach importance to the development of entertainment and new teaching props;pay attention to process evaluation and individual evaluation in teaching evaluation.It should be said that the new round of the reform of physical education compared with the previous great changes,these changes for the physical education teachers put forward new requirements.If the PE teachers want to be competent for the teaching of Physical Education under the background of teaching reform and realize the goal of the reform of physical education,the structure of teaching ability must be further improved and improved.The results showed that: 61.4% of the physical education teachers surveyed were young people under 45 years old,85.3% of them were undergraduate or above,and 60.6% of them were below the junior level.71.4% of the physical education teachers understand the modern sports teaching ideas,but 69.2% of the leaders less supervise the implementation of modern sports teaching ideas.In physical education,82.6% of PE teachers design physical education according to students' physical and mental characteristics.54% and 56.1% of PE teachers pay attention to difficulties and emphases in teaching design.69.3% of PE teachers attach importance to students' subjectivity.In the teaching organization,66% of the physical education teachers give priority to class teaching.71% of the students think the teaching method is not flexible,and 67.3% of the students think the teacher's ability to respond generally.In sports teaching evaluation,36% of PE teachers did not use formative evaluation.40.7% of PE teachers seldom reflect and summarize personal physical education.7.3% of the physical education teachers often publish papers,41.3% of PE teachers attach importance to individual learning.This research mainly uses the literature material method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis and other research methods to study the teaching ability of physical education teachers in Shijiazhuang province.The main conclusions are summarized as follows:1 Shijiazhuang provincial high school physical education teachers in the ranks of young and middle-aged,physical education teachers,professional title is more reasonable.Physical education teachers pay more attention to the modern physical education teaching thought and the general effect of teaching thought.2 Shijiazhuang provincial model high school physical education teachers have certain teaching design ability,teaching design for students in physical and mental characteristics,emotion,learning method,grasp the key and difficult aspects need to be further optimized.3 Shijiazhuang provincial high school physical education teachers to play the main body of students is not enough,do not attach importance to the study of non intellectual factors.The teaching organization form is based on class teaching,and the form is not enough.The selection and application of teaching methods need to be further targeted at students.4 Shijiazhuang provincial high school physical education teachers have a strong ability to monitor the classroom,but the ability to adapt to the need to improve.In the aspect of teaching evaluation,it is necessary to make use of formative evaluation and pay more attention to the evaluation of affective factors.5 Shijiazhuang provincial model high school physical education teachers have certain teaching reflection ability,but need to further highlight the effectiveness of reflection mode.To improve the ability of physical education teaching in the aspect of teaching innovation.6 Shijiazhuang provincial high school physical education teachers in the overall scientific research,learning consciousness,ability level,it is necessary to combine learning and scientific research behavior.
