Children in rural difficulties are a special vulnerable group in the process of economic development in China,whose core problem is education,but its scope is far more than that of education,and it is an objective embodiment of the comprehensive nature of various contradictions and conflicts.It is an urgent need to solve the problem of children in rural difficulties and provide them with necessary educational support.It is an urgent need to prevent the education of rural children from being left behind in the process of modernization of education in China,to promote the balanced development of compulsory education and to realize social equity.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which is mainly about the questions,the purpose,the content,the research ideas.This chapter firstly defines the concept of "children in distress" and "education" and "educational support",and defines the concept of "precise support of education" through connotation and extension.This paper establishes the logical starting point and basic category for the construction of the basic theoretical system of the education precision support for the rural children with difficulties.Secondly,it constructs the theoretical system of the precision support for the education of the children with rural difficulties.First,it determines the children in rural difficulties.The basic framework of precision support for education,To determine the subject,object,content and method of accurate support for rural children's education,that is,"who" provides accurate support and provides precision for "who".The theoretical system of "children in distress" is enriched by "what","what" and "how" to provide precise support,and the second is the logical relationship between the analytical frameworks.This chapter through the literature method,the interview method and the case analysis each main body to the countryside difficult child education support concrete present situation,Through sorting out the results of the investigation,we find that the main body has great problems in supporting the education of children in rural difficulties.The reason is that the government lacks the sense of responsibility,second,the ability of family guardianship is insufficient,and the concept of protection is backward.The third is the malpractice of school education for children in difficult situation,the fourth is the general concept of community and the consciousness of responsibility,and the fifth is the independence and autonomy of public welfare organizations.There are also big problems in children with difficulties,one is the body of children in difficult situation.The second is that the institutional relief laws and regulations are not perfect.The present situation and problems of the contents are: first,the right to existence is infringed,the other is the lack of protection of the right to development,and the third is that the eligibility for assistance is difficult to confirm.The present situation and problems of the method.First,the method is not accurate;second,there are loopholes in compulsory education of children in difficult situation.This chapter starts from the subject,the object,the content and the method,the main body is the government,the family,the school,the community and the public welfare organization,the main body is the government,the family,the school,the community and the public welfare organization.The government's "precision planning" for rural children's education,the "precision training" for rural children in schools and the "family" for rural children ".Precision leadership,community assistance to children in rural distress,and charity services to children in rural distress.
