Study On The Realistic Dilemma And Helping Path Of Rural Sports In Huanxian County, Gansu Province Under The Background Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Huan County in Gansu province belongs to 41 poor counties and 20 arid counties in the province,in the coming 2020,that is,China's comprehensive construction of a well-off society in the decisive period and poor areas of poverty eradication critical period,how to get rid of the plight of rural sports development in Huan County,Gansu Province,is an urgent need to solve the important problem,with the concept Draw lessons from the poverty alleviation experience of precision poverty alleviation in other projects,and provide reference for the helping path of rural sports in Huan County.This article mainly uses the literature method,the questionnaire survey method,the field investigation method,the mathematical statistics method,the logic analysis method to do the detailed understanding to the Huan County nature geographical characteristic,the economic condition,the peasant sports participation present situation and the peasant sports demand and so on,and analyzes the Huanxian County Rural sports present situation with the theory of precision identification,precision help and precision management,Obtains its predicament,and puts forward the corresponding helping path according to the predicament faced by the farmers in Huan County.The results show that the Huan County farmers ' understanding of sports is not comprehensive,the exercise time is not fixed,the lack of site facilities,the loose management of sports organization,the single content of sports guidance is the main problem,which causes the above problems because: the low education level of Huan County peasants,the allocation of site facilities to the Village committee as the center,the number of organizational managers.The lack of field equipment due to the lack of professional level of sports guidance and backward natural economic conditions.In view of this,the proposed help path is as:(1)to increase the thrust of poverty alleviation policies,accurately promote the development of rural sports;(2)to create a healthy rural atmosphere and strengthen sports publicity efforts;(3)to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers for fitness,create endogenous rural sports development Endogenous Force 5 4;Improve the rural sports management mechanism to ensure the farmers ' sports fitness rights and interests.
