In 2013,"children in distress" appeared for the first time in the central resolution,and improving the classified protection system for children in distress was included in the decision of the third plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee on Gomprehensively deepening reform.In June 2016,China promulgated the opinions of the state council on strengthening the protection of children in distress,which established a seeur ty system for children in distress by adhering to the principle of guaranteeing the survival,development and safety rights of children in distress.For children in rural difficulties,educational support is very important,because the concept of precise support for education is based on the idea of "targeted poverty alleviation",including material,rights,opportunities,spiritual support,and other aspects of accurate identification,analysis and help for ch ildren in difficulties.The purpose of this study is to study the actual situation of accurate support for education of children in rural difficulties from the perspective of educational equity,and to analyze the adverse factors from the supporting subjects,so as to h elp build an accurate support system for education of children in rural difficulties.According to the analytical framework of social support,on the basis of previous researches,the analyticalframework of precise support of education is summarized,including the supporting subject,supporting object,supporting content and supporting method.In the actual research,we found that the material level of education support is very rich,and the education subsidy policy is implemented in place.However,the identification of the object of educational support,namely the troubled children,is not accurate enough.Educational support content is also relatively single,lack of spirit-opportunities and other aspects of support.From the perspective of the main body of education support,this paper analyzes a number of adverse factors,including the imperfect top-level design of the government,the weak supporting capacity of rural schools,the numerou's adverse factors of families,and the failure of the society to form a protective force.Therefore,in order to be able to accurate identification and accurate support on children trouble,suggest the government from top to bottom in surgical planning,accurate training school from bottom to top,precision lead family from the inside out society by Canon of extroversion precision line support,thus formed a upper and low er linkage,echo of inside and outside the comprehensive security system,truly delicate support on education.Only by allowing children to enjoy the substantial freedom of education and realize the relative fairness in the process of education,can the fate of children inn difficulties be changed and they can escape from the difficulties permanently.This study studies children in distress from the perspective of pedagogy.On the one hand,it expands the relevant contents of accurate support of education,proposes the educatioinal strategies and paths for the growth of children in distress,and enriches the theoretical system of research on children in distress.On the other hand,from the perspeetive of educational equity,it provides reference for enriching the content of education support in rural areas and im proving the duality of education,which is also the fundamental requiremen for maintaining the balanced development of social education and reflectiing social equity.
