With the implementation of the new plan to promote the college entrance examination reform,gradually introduced the university entrance exam in common colleges and universities and high school level test scores with the combination of multiple admission mechanism,the school-based evaluation of middle school is also put forward more specific,comprehensive and detailed requirements.As the direct action of students' academic evaluation in daily classroom teaching,teachers play a key role in students' academic evaluation.The academic evaluation accomplishment of middle school teachers is an important aspect of the professional development of middle school teachers.So,what is the overall situation of the academic evaluation accomplishment of Chinese middle school teachers?Are you qualified for the work of the new college entrance examination reform on student academic evaluation?"What is it?Why is that?How?" Research train of thought,interview investigation of middle school first-line teachers,understand the evaluation of students' academic literacy of middle school teachers in liaoning province,the survey results show that the middle school teachers' evaluation of students' academic attitude and consciousness is not clear,unreasonable knowledge structure and ability level of assessment is low,cannot satisfy the college entrance examination reform of students' academic evaluation and the realistic requirement of social development.Pre-service teachers through the analysis of interviews after the lack of a system of cultivation and training,evaluation of high school does not provide a good environment and the internal and external resistance was mostly influenced the development of teachers is the reasons affecting the development of teacher evaluation literacy.The improvement of teachers' evaluation quality can be carried out from three aspects:(1)the government: establishing the right and responsibility policy for students' academic evaluation,and strengthening the pre-service training and post-service training of teachers.(2)school level: provide an environment for teachers to build their students' academic evaluation accomplishment and provide professional support.(3)teachers: transform and define the evaluation concept,strengthen the professional knowledge learning,enhance the evaluation practice training,and improve the overall evaluation quality of teachers' students.
