With the rapid development of information society technology,and the urgent need of the society to the talented person,everyone needs to learn new skills to adapt to information social development, and all this can not be separated from the reading books. Reading literacy has an irreplaceable role in the development of students’ creative thinking and personality. Under this background, Shanghai student from 2009 participated in the PISA project initiated by the OECD, achieved good results. The author takes this as an opportunity to study the problem of this paper as a junior high school students’ Chinese Reading Literacy Evaluation Research.In the study, the author takes the ML middle school students in Shanghai city as a sample, proposes the establishment Shanghai ml of junior middle school students in Chinese reading literacy assessment index system design, implementation and feedback reports, and further puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
