With the development of science and technology and social progress,various countries gradually have higher requirements for education,how to make students in the case of receiving education,use the knowledge,better adapt to the society,to achieve all-round development has become a thought-provoking problem.And the evaluation of the educational results can well test the effect of the implementation of education,so as to promote the reform and development of education.Therefore,in this context,the evaluation of the educational results has higher requirements.Traditional subject knowledge can only test the degree of students’ mastery of subject theoretical knowledge,but cannot evaluate the comprehensive quality of students in all aspects.In view of this,in order to assess students’ learning more clearly,a variety of educational evaluation projects have been developed internationally to test students from different perspectives,so as to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the educational effect.Among them,Program for International Student Assessment(hereinafter referred to as PISA)is a universal educational Assessment method in the world.Its main characteristics are as follows: in order to assess students’ lifelong learning ability,the assessment is closely related to students’ social life,and it uses a very rigorous assessment method.Therefore,the final result has policy-oriented effect.In this paper,combining the PISA and junior high school students scientific literacy assessment,the scientific literacy of PISA test questions,to define the research content of the scientific literacy,the test framework,and sample questions,combining with the junior middle school science evaluation,from the perspective of PISA scientific literacy test,according to the test framework and content to evaluate the situation of the implementation of the scientific literacy of junior high school,trying to build a new evaluation framework,according to the test framework set up questions to test,and then offers some Suggestions for the evaluation of scientific literacy in our country,for scientific literacy provide certain theoretical guidance for the establishment of evaluation system,At the same time,it brings some enlightenment to the cultivation of junior high school students’ scientific literacy.
