In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "Education Informatization 2.0Action Plan",which means that the education field has gradually entered the era of information informatization 2.0.In the new era,teachers are required to abandon the traditional teaching mode,and use information education methods to develop integrated and innovative education modes.Under such circumstances,the requirements for teachers' information literacy are becoming higher and higher.A teacher information literacy development system is established,and teachers' information literacy has changed from improving their ability to apply technology to improving their information literacy.Research on the evaluation of teachers' information literacy and solving the key and difficult points of information literacy evaluation are important means to promote curriculum reform and promote the development of education informatization.Under the guidance of national policies,Lanzhou education has been improved through exploration and practice.This research is based on the sample of Lanzhou middle school teachers,based on domestic and foreign theoretical research,to develop teacher information literacy evaluation standards,establish evaluation methods,develop evaluation tools,investigate and evaluate the current information literacy of teachers in Lanzhou,and analyze the existence of problems,develop ways to improve the literacy.The research is carried out from two levels: theory and practice.First,based on the theory,this paper studies the theory of teacher's information literacy.Based on theoretical and practical experience,understand the standards of teacher information literacy and relevant national policies.Summarize the constituent factors of middle school teachers' information literacy.Under the condition of education in Lanzhou,from the perspective of teachers' professional development,this paper studies the information literacy of middle school teachers in the region.Analyze the constituent factors of middle school teachers' information literacy,and establish a framework and indicators for teachers' information literacy.This paper proposes an evaluation standard of teachers' information literacy that includes 6 dimensions and 18 indicators.Research practices include designing questionnaires,issuing questionnaires,and investigating the information literacy of teachers in middle schools in Lanzhou.Understand the current information literacy of teachers.Study the collected data,use the established indicator model,determine the evaluation method,set the corresponding weights,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,use the cluster analysis method and the principal component analysis method to form an evaluation tool,and evaluate the results of the questionnaire.The result is that Lanzhou middle school teachers have ordinary information literacy,but have uneven development,lack of ideas for integrating disciplines,insufficient innovation ability,and weak information morality and value awareness.Based on the results of the survey,find out the reasons for low teacher literacy.Summarize ways to improve teachers' awareness,train teachers' ability,inspect teachers' literacy,etc.to improve teachers' information literacy in Lanzhou middle school.Help teachers develop well in the reform of information education.Provide teacher literacy evaluation methods for Lanzhou education departments and schools.
