Research On The Development Trend Of Faculty And Staff Dance In Colleges And Universities In Shandong Province

Line dance movement originated from western rural dance.It has been popular throughout the world after more than 30 years of development.It has been initially introduced into China since 2004 and it has swept the whole of China in 2007.Because the unique characteristics of line dance and its various styles,it is deeply loved by the public.Line dance has been popularized in Shandong Province for nearly nine years,and it has developed well in the group of college teaching staff.Because line dance has a high artistic level,and the group of college and university staff has a strong aesthetic ability,college and university staff can participate in this sport very well.To study the development trend of line dance in Shandong Province,we can find problems in the process of research and summarize experience,then putting forward relevant opinions and suggestions.In the course of the study,the video of the four-time rehearsal competitions was watched repeatedly to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of previous competitions.Through the final results of the competition,the differences between different regions were identified,and suggestions were put forward.The research of line dance lays a solid foundation for its rapid development in the Shandong Province.Analysis conclusion:1.Line dance has a long history of development.Since its introduction in China,it has been deeply loved by the broad masses of the people.Line dance has the functions of body and mental health.It helps to relieve body and mind,relax stress and improve the body to some extent.For women,it helps shape the perfect body and temperament.In addition,line dance can improve the interpersonal skills of the participants and fully demonstrate the team spirit.2.Line dance is deeply loved by college and university staff.Through the questionnaire survey,it is not difficult for us to find that the participation rate of female faculty in universities is far higher than that of male faculty,and male teachers are less involved in line dance.The populations involved are mostly distributed between the ages of 25 and 30.The participation of young and middle-aged teachersis significantly higher than that of teachers and staff of other age groups.The survey results show that young and middle-aged faculty members are more willing to participate in the sport of line dance.3.Line dance movement has been promoted for nearly seven years in this group of college and university staff in Shandong Province.Among them,some universities in Jinan,such as Shandong Normal University,Shandong Institute of Physical Education,and Shandong Youth College of Political Science,have a good overall development situation.School hardware facilities are well equipped and the instructors are excellent in these universities.However,in some universities,the situation of teachers is relatively backward,there is no technical guidance.At present,only Shandong Normal University has professional dance instructors.If you want to make a long-term and stable development of line dance,you must increase the training of professional and technical personnel.4.In 2011,the Shandong Provincial Education Union held the first training class for coaches of local colleges and universities in Shandong Province.It has been held for two years and has been successfully held four sessions so far.Line dance training classes of the first session are 41 teachers came from 22 colleges in Shandong Province.After two days of technical guidance,they mastered 12 dance lines.In the second training class,50 faculty members from 19 universities participated in the study.After two days of training,13 different styles of dance were mastered.The number of colleges participating in the third training class has rapidly grown to 57,and 115 faculty and staff.Through the two-day study,17 different styles of dance dancing were mastered,showing a rapid growth compared to the previous two sessions.The scale of the fourth line dance training class was slightly reduced compared to the third session.It was composed of 104 faculty members from 51 universities.The line dance training class not only studied 12 line dances,but also learned 5 sets of four-dude series of fitness square dances.The learning content was more abundant.The four sessions of line dance courses have shown an increasing trend both in the number of college students and the number of participants,and the line dance movement has developed in a benign direction.5.In 2011,the first session of the dance competition for university teachers in Shandong Province was successfully held.It was held once every two years and has been successfully held four times so far.The first line dance competition was attended by 250 faculty members from 12 universities.Shandong Normal University and Shandong Sports Institute won the first place in this competition.The second line dance competition consisted of 11 teams from 10 universities(two teams from Shandong Normal University)and 200 faculty members.The second game has increased the group setting compared to the first,making the game more fair and equitable.Compared with the previous two competitions,the third line dance competition expanded rapidly.The competition was divided into two groups: A and B.The middle and young groups and the middle-aged and old-aged groups were set up in groups A and B respectively.There was no major change in the fourth line dance competition group setting compared to the third line dance competition,but the number of participants and participation in colleges and universities decreased,with375 faculty members from 21 universities participating.The survey shows that the number of participants in the third session is the largest,which is more than twice the number of the previous two competitions.The scale of the competition is very strong,which promotes the promotion and development of line dance.
