| With the continuous deepening of the national fitness concept,the masses’ awareness of exercise has continued to increase,and the need for sports has become more diverse.The promotion agencies actively promoted among the masses due to their diverse styles of dance,low barriers to participation,and no restrictions on venues.During the promotion of "Sunshine Line Dance on Campus",the attention of line dance has been enhanced by the school education,and the lack of excellent teachers has largely hindered the development of line dance activities.The training of line dance coaches is the foundation to promote the construction of professional line dance teachers and an important way to regulate the development of line dance projects.And training organizations adopt appropriate and efficient evaluation methods to discover problems in time,which can avoid risks.This study evaluates the training effect of Beijing line dance coaches from the two aspects of the response and learning of the Kirkpatrick’s four-level evaluation model through literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method and mathematical statistics method.The development path aims to provide feasible countermeasures for improving the training of line dance coaches,and to provide a theoretical basis and basis for better training activities.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.In the evaluation of the training effect of the reaction level,the student groups among the trainees and the trainees who already have the first or second qualifications are satisfied with the arrangement of the training content,the assessment method,the teaching attitude of the teachers and the teaching demonstration ability high evaluation.The trainees are satisfied with the overall management of the training organization,but the choice of training locations lacks consideration of the needs of the trainees.2.In the evaluation of the training effect of the learning level,the participants have improved significantly in terms of competition rules and skills.The setting of training objectives fails to effectively differentiate the needs of different groups,and the theoretical training content is more in line with the learning of participants with1-3 years of rehearsal teaching.The group of teachers in the participants has a better grasp of the theoretical and technical training content than other groups.3.There are three types of factors that affect training effectiveness.From an individual perspective,there is a clear polarization of training needs.From an organizational level,the arrangement of training content,the composition of the faculty team,and organizational management capabilities directly affect the learning gains of the participants.From a social perspective,the policy support of the national fitness program and the importance of the work unit affect the training participation.4.The development path should focus on training organizations.First of all,the training of Beijing line dance coaches should pay attention to the role of assessment and incentives,clarify reward and punishment measures,and refine the assessment system to encourage training and learning.Second,based on the training objectives of professional line dance talents,formulate sustainable training programs,set up a targeted and flexible training course system,and drive more social groups to participate in line dance.Finally,pay attention to the promotion of the value of row dance culture,truly integrate row dance in the construction of campus culture and corporate culture,create a positive team culture,make full use of online media,give full play to organizational advantages,attract social resources to join and invest,and build diversity The standardized communication platform provides participants with opportunities to transform what they have learned. |
