Primary school is the enlightenment stage of students,which directly affects the healthy development of students in primary and secondary school teachers,and plays a pivotal role in the development of education and the promotion of international competitiveness in our country in the future.In the initial stage of their career,the primary school teachers will face a series of problems and challenges in the real educational and teaching situation.A kind of knowledge which can deal with the daily teaching effectively is very important for the primary school teachers.This study firstly combs the relevant literature at home and abroad by literature review method,and on the basis of this,combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis to explore the practical knowledge of primary school teachers.In this paper,150 primary school teachers are investigated by self-designed questionnaire,and the present situation of their practical knowledge is analyzed quantitatively by SPSS19.0 software.Then,through interview,observation,case study and so on,the qualitative analysis of the development of primary school initial teachers is carried out.To explore the problems and solutions of the practical knowledge of primary school teachers.The results of quantitative analysis show that there are some problems in the development of primary school teachers' practical knowledge: the professional beliefs of primary school teachers are unstable and easy to shake,the teaching knowledge is weak,the depth of understanding is not enough,and the level of practical reflection consciousness is low.Lack of reflection in action,lack of environmental knowledge in response to classroom situation "in the follow-up qualitative study,the reasons for the current situation of practical knowledge development of new teachers are analyzed,namely:" Professional beliefs are easy to be controlled by environment;The teaching knowledge is lack of clinical instruction,the content and method of practice reflection are single,and the environmental knowledge is lack of effective training.On the basis of the above research results,this paper puts forward effective strategies to improve the practical knowledge of primary school teachers,that is,to create a good growth environment,to strengthen the beliefs of the first primary school teachers,and to strengthen the "clinical" guidance of their mentors.Improve the teaching knowledge of the new teachers;renew the way of teacher training,enrich the environmental knowledge of the new teachers;improve the ability of self-reflection,promote the internalization of practical knowledge.
