With the society paying more and more attention to education,the professional growth of teachers has also been paid attention to.The sharing of practical knowledge among teachers not only has a positive significance for teachers,but also promotes the progress of students,schools and society.In the process of education and teaching,practical knowledge,as an important knowledge,plays a great role in resolving teaching emergencies,situational teaching and interpersonal relationships.By sharing practical knowledge,teachers can solve practical problems in daily teaching,improve the value of practical knowledge,and make knowledge sharing play a role of 1 + 1 > 2.Firstly,this study combines the existing literature and interprets the connotation of teachers' practical knowledge and practical knowledge sharing separately;secondly,this study uses questionnaire survey method to investigate the current situation of primary school teachers' practical knowledge sharing,and through interviews with experts and scholars,school leaders and front-line teachers,respectively,from the perspective of sharing.The questionnaire is divided into four dimensions: recognition of the importance of practical knowledge,willingness to share,ways of sharing implementation and supportive conditions of sharing.Through questionnaire data analysis and related interviews,the status quo of teachers' practical knowledge sharing is found,the problems are interpreted and the underlying reasons are found.The implementable strategies are put forward from different perspectives.Knowledge sharing provides certain favorable conditions for the smooth development of educational and teaching activities,and effectively promotes the professional development of teachers and the sustainable development of schools.Finally,the problems and shortcomings of this study are reflected,and further research is prospected.
