The SIYB Project Was Constructed And Implemented In Zhengzhou Feihong Vocational Training School

At present,China's economy is in a critical transforming period,the supply and demand of labor is imbalance,and there are structural problems,especially the huge employment pressure of returned migrant workers and college graduates.The employment situation is so severe that it is urgent needed to be improved by startup.The government actively implements starting businesses to drive employment strategy,encouraging an increasing number of middle and small-sized enterprises and individuals to realize their goals through staring businesses.The group engaged in entrepreneurship needs to improve their skills and enrich their knowledge.It has turned into the major problem in today's world that how to enhance the capability and technical ability of the labour force and how to improve the problems of employment by startup form,and SIYB is exactly the right strong measure to solve these problems.This paper takes the SIYB implementation project undertaken by Zhengzhou Feihong Vocational Training School as the object of study,through literature research method,field research method and comparative study method,aiming at the introduction of SIYB project,structure and implement to carry out study,puts forward the relative suggestions of implementation process and improvement strategy combing with the specific actual situation of Zhengzhou Feihong Vocational Training School.Firstly,this paper discusses the source of SIYB project and identifies the necessity of SIYB implementation;Secondly,it conducts adaptive analysis on Poter's five-forces model used by Zhengzhou Feihong Vocational Training School.By planning programming of SIYB project used by Zhengzhou Feihong Vocational Training School,the preparation before implementation of SIYB project,implementation process,project implementation analysis and follow-up support service of Feihong School,proposes improvement measures for the existing problems in the executing process,offering a powerful support and guarantee for Zhengzhou city private enterprises in the implementation of SIYB project.The research of the paper is intended to a better launch of SIYB project in Zhengzhou Feihong Vocational Training School,ensuring the implementation effect,realizing the brand effect,maintaining the existing advantages,raising market share,at the same time,to provide a certain reference value for other entrepreneurship training school in SIYB project implementation.
