Attacking behavior has long been a problem explored by the psychology community. Many scholars have already explained it through related theories. However, there are relatively few practical researches on aggression in sports activities. In primary school sports activities, there are physical conflicts between students and students, and they may even turn into mutual attacks. This will bring great harm to the order of classes and physical and mental health of children. As a physical education teacher, she has the ability and obligation to conduct more in-depth research on this issue and strive to reduce the occurrence of student aggression through teaching interventions,so that students can carry out sports in a healthy, orderly and harmonious manner and enjoy the happiness of a harmonious campus sports..Research purposes: To understand the characteristics and status quo of primary school students' aggression, and to analyze the subjective and objective reasons for aggression in sports activities.Through the teaching intervention strategy, the attack behavior in pupils' physical activity is reduced, and a harmonious classroom atmosphere is created.Research methods: literature, interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics.Subject of study: Eight classes in grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3 of a primary school in Yangpu District of Shanghai Municipality, with a total of 864 persons. The research process: Using a 12-item attack questionnaire to investigate students' aggressive behavior, the four aggression tendency dimensions(body, language, anger, and hostility)were found to have different degrees of detection in the group. There is the necessity and rationality of teaching intervention.A three-month period of physical education classroom intervention was followed.Use sports methods to solve problems in sports activities. With the help of the “Mental Health Diagnostic Test”(MHT),students from grades 1 to 3 were surveyed to test the effectiveness of the teaching intervention.Research results: It was found that the average score of the MHT test in the intervention group was 25.045 points, which was lower than that of the control group29.186.The intervention group scored more declines in many aspects such as learninganxiety, loneliness, allergic tendency, physical symptoms, horror tendency, impulsive tendency and so on.Research conclusions: Students with a certain aggressive behavior tend to stand out in the special context of sports activities.Physical education teachers can engage in cognitive and behavioral interventions, exercise psychology interventions, and moral education interventions in physical education classes to improve students' mental health and reduce their aggressiveness, thus avoiding the actual occurrence of aggressive behavior. The adjustment of teaching content through behavioral cognition and psychological cognition can reduce the students' anxiety in the physical education classroom to a certain extent,so that the students can reduce their physical conflict and reduce the probability of attack behavior.Let students participate in sports activities with a calm and healthy attitude.
