At present,the overall level of China's physical fitness is increasing,but the overall level of physical activity is still relatively backward.Physical activity not only affects the national physical fitness level,the lack of physical activity,but also may have adverse effects on society,economy,public health and other aspects.Improve the level of national physical activity,the key lies in the development of young people's physical activity,attention to the development of the human body in the early stages of the habit of physical activity,is conducive to breaking the lack of national physical activity.According to the related research,in the children's growth stage,the key period of the development of physical activity habits is 9-to 10 years old(that is,the primary school grade three).At this stage,children's plasticity is very strong,is the best time to develop habits,and can develop the habit of lifelong participation into the habit of sports.In order to examine the critical period of development in the sports behavior,the development of children's physical activity is conducive to the formation of lifelong sports participation,the physical literacy angle,carries on the investigation to the situation of the third grade students of physical activity,the current understanding of the third grade students with physical literacy,and to determine the possibility of realizing lifelong participation in physical activity.Mainly from the following three dimensions: emotional experience,including interest,motivation,self-confidence,value judgment and responsibility;the sports ability to master,master sports skills can be applied to different scenario in the exercise of physical activity;cognition of sports knowledge and understanding.Through case study,literature,observation,questionnaire,interviews and other research methods,the first experimental primary school in Huilongguan center,grade two,class three,the object of the survey was 68.Based on the thorough investigation,observation of the 68 the third grade students in the school of physical activity,carries on the questionnaire survey to the students and parents as well as interviews with the teacher,understand the third grade pupils in physical activity and emotional experience,the learning of motor skills and mastery of knowledge,knowledge and recognition of motion understanding,and through the summary are as follows conclusion:Conclusion: physical literacy is a comprehensive ability,the lack of any one element can not encourage students to develop the habit of participating in physical activity.Conclusion two: emotional factors are the internal factors to develop the habit of physical activity,to cultivate students' interest in physical activity is conducive to the promotion of positive physical activity participation.Conclusion three: to improve the students' cognition and understanding of physical activity is the premise of healthy and active physical activity.Conclusion four: to master the correct motor skill is the necessary condition to participate in various sports,and the form and means of school and family affect students' mastery of basic skills.In view of the problems in the conclusion,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions from the perspective of students,schools,teachers and parents from the three dimensions of emotional experience,athletic ability and sports knowledge.
