With the continuous development of educational and cultural undertakings and the continuous deepening of education reform,the society as a whole demands more and more high-quality teachers.In recent years,the excellent teacher training program has become another major move after the reform of teacher education in China.As the main place for teacher training in our country,normal colleges and universities must improve students' training quality and promote their development through active exploration and practice in all aspects.Educational internship is one of the most an indispensable part in leading the normal students to be teachers,laying important foundation for the future of outstanding teacher training.As the backbone of teacher training in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai,S University's educational intern program is based on excellence in teacher training.This survey is exploring analyzing how effective the design is,what the remaining problems are,which aspects can be perfected and what the future direction is.In this paper,we take S high education master's internship program as the research object,using the literature method,on-site observation method,questionnaire method,interview method and case study method to observe the implementation of this high-end education internship project,which is the twelfth of all the internship projets.Through the whole process of participation and later analysis,this study summarizes the main achievements of the project from the following aspects,The intern practical knowledge of learning,The improvement of education teaching ability,The establishment of the professional confidence;Help to practice base teachers reduce the pressure of work and to reflect on their professional;Students practice base of classroom experience,which will improve students' learning interest;Practice base of school from university of intellectual support and have a chance to be elected as the outstanding master of education training base;The mode of internship at the university of S innovation has been widely recognized.At the same time,this study found that the project is in the implementation of the following main problems: Insufficient internship preparatory work that the adaptation to extend;Practice the teacher in charge is weak;The accumulation of practice in the process of quantity is difficult to achieve qualitative change;The internship evaluation team did not give full play to the role,The critical period the internship hasn't been grasped efficiently.Students need to improve their ability to reflect on practical problems,The conclusion of the internship needs to be further elaborated.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward some suggestions to make S University excellent teacher training program more perfect.The main contents are as follows: In preparation of internship,we should make every effort to prepare ahead of time;in terms of internship,we should not only pay attention to all the students,but also to the comprehensive subjects.In terms of the internship process,the critical period of professional development of interns should be seized.When it come to evaluation,should actively implement two "change";In reflection of internship,should vigorously advocate three "provide";internship summary,refinement appraisal work.
