The ancient poetry,the treasure of Chinese splendid cultural heritage and the rich resources of humanities education and language learning,plays an irreplaceable role in Chinese cultural history.In recent years,a stream of traditional culture has been heated in the society.Ancient poetry teaching becomes the hot issue of education as an important supporter of traditional culture.As the ancient poetry accounts for the bulk of primary school Chinese teaching materials,ancient poetry teaching is very important.Since the promulgation and implementation of new curriculum standard,the state has given higher priority to ancient poetry teaching.However,we find that the teachers generally ignore the infiltration of traditional culture when teaching ancient poetry meanwhile the students are blind to traditional culture.It is obvious that the teaching class of ancient poetry,as the status of primary position of traditional culture education,is not optimistic.In order to have a further understanding on the issues of traditional culture in primary school ancient poetry teaching,the writer mainly uses the literature,questionnaire,interview,case law and other ways to find out the existing problems and analyze the causes to put forward the improvement measures,using Y school teachers and students and the teaching class of ancient poetry as the main research objects and conducting the research on this three aspects,such as primary school ancient Chinese poetry teaching materials,teachers' and students' cognition of the teaching of ancient poetry and traditional cultural education and traditional culture education practice in the teaching class of ancient poetry.At present,seeing from the analysis of questionnaires,the results of the interviews and classroom teaching,the main problems exist in traditional cultural education in ancient poetry teaching in primary schools.First,unreasonable proportion of the material elements of traditional culture settings,the lack of annotation information and inattention to the topic of the units.Second,outmoded teachers' ideas,single teaching method,thin evaluation content and single evaluation method.Third,the students are not interested in studying ancient poetry and not pay highly attention to it,either.The main reasons are the following several points:At first,unreasonable arrangement of teaching materials.Then,the professional accomplishment of using the traditional culture to ancient poetry education is notenough.Finally,the students lack the interests on ancient poetry learning.Through the analysis of above problems and causes,combining the collected information,this study proposes the following improvement strategies.At first,the school should advance the process of school-based curriculum of ancient poetry.Then,the teachers should improve the professional accomplishment of using the traditional culture to ancient poetry education,improve the teaching methods and improve class efficiency.The students should show great interests on traditional culture in ancient poetry.This study is aimed to improve the professional accomplishment of using the traditional culture to ancient poetry education,stimulate the students' interests on learning ancient poetry and find out the spiritual connotation of traditional culture in ancient poetry.The writer uses this study to serve the role of the rope to make more teachers and experts focus on making traditional culture education in ancient poetry teaching,putting the infiltration of the traditional culture education into practice,making primary school ancient poetry teaching into the speciality in teaching Chinese and making every student rooted with China's splendid traditional culture.
