Although the interplay between theatrical performance and psychology is not new,there has long been a specialized“theatrical psychology”and systematic theory of performing psychology in the field of theatrics,and “theatrical therapy” as a category of psychology as a clinical treatment.Means have also been widely used.However,the two disciplines have been insufficient for a detailed exploration of a certain theory of drama corresponding to a certain psychological element.Especially the attempt to combine the two disciplines and apply it to young children's drama teaching is rare.As a "reserve force" for the development of China's drama,the establishment of a set of drama education programs that are in line with its mental development is of great significance to the progress of China's drama industry.The original meaning of the term "personality" used in psychology is the "mask" worn by theatrical actors during stage performances.It is believed that masks can be used to convey the character of the mask to the wearer.This allegory can be confirmed in the Nuo opera of our country.“The person without the face shell is the person with the face shell is God”;In the mask,it is not based on a specific character.It is a composite realistic surface,that is,a typical surface.The mask produced is generally smaller than the face of the actor.This clearly tells the audience that it is a mask.,is a symbol of a character.Therefore,the author derives the concept of "role" from the "mask",and establishes a relationship with the concept of "personality" extended by modern psychology from the "mask."This article begins with the concept of "role" and refers to the "experientialist" view of the "first self" of the Steiner system.The process of interpreting the role of a play by a child is called "role experience".There is a very similar name in child development psychology.-Prevalence of "role-playing"(pretend play)behavior in early childhood.In the further study we found the homogeneity of the two-role play is the basic prototype of the role played.The author further proposes that based on the child's inherent "role-playing"(pretend play),the "drama role experience" theory should be used to correctly guide and bring into play the function of the foundation of personality.This paper summarizes the significance of infant drama role experience on the foundation of personality.It is mainly classified into prevention and control function and guidancefunction.The former summarizes in detail the prevention of the role of infant role in adulthood,and the latter mainly focuses on the prevention of adult personality.In the two aspects of self-consciousness and social consciousness in the structure,this paper summarizes the role of the role experience in the formation of the positive mental elements of young children: group,empathy,responsibility,reason,independence,self-confidence,etc.;The questionnaire of drama experience experience of the period is compared with the cartel's 16 kinds of personality factor measurement methods,and the relationship between experience acceptance of drama roles in early childhood and personality levels in adulthood is obtained.In the end,the author started with creating a sound linkage mechanism between drama and psychology,perfecting the compilation of textbooks for early childhood“drama role experience”,adding “masks” and “sand plates” to early childhood drama role experience classes,and the "Role Experience" introduces four aspects of practical teaching at different ages in elementary school and junior high school,and puts forward practical suggestions on the specific ways of experiencing the role of drama.
