The Impact Of The New Medical Reform On Hunan People's Health Insurance Company And Its Countermeasures

With the persistent development of China's economy and continuous consciousness of residents health insurance, the health insurance in our country is facing a huge development space, especially after the new order is promulgated, the position of commercial health insurance is more explicit, and the role is clear. How to grasp opportunities and challenges in a new history background, how to make countermeasures in order to keep pace with the development of Times and rapidly promote the competition ability of health insurance institutions and the rapid development of the health insurance system in China is the responsibility of health workers they should shoulder.This paper takes Hunan health insurance as an example by using related theories, and analyzes the effect on the development of Hunan health insurance from new medical reform in every aspect. In addition, we adopt SWOT method in order to put forward advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in the background of the new medical reform.Besides, Boston matrix is helpful to us in order to make a conclusion that health insurance is the future cash cow, and we make its position clear. Potter five competitive forces model shows the effect on industry environment of Hunan health insurance and is important for us to come up with countermeasures which are regarded as the core of the development strategy. This study result of Hunan health insurance has important significance, and a profound and practical value.
