Research On The Early Warning Analysis Framework Of Chinese Manufacturing

Manufacturing industry is the most important part of the real economy.It is vital to accelerate the transition of a small manufacturing country to a mega manufacturing country under the exponential growth of the economy.It is proposed in this research paper that the government of China should,firstly strengthen and set the aim of improving construction of the manufacturing facilities and power as part of the national development strategy;Secondly,to accelerate the structural property tax reform through providing guidance on tax incentive and encouraging the development of real economy;Thirdly,to encourage independent innovation development of technology-based manufacturing enterprise and the research and development departments.Lastly,to emphasis on major breakthroughs in key technologies.Further,in order to provide a right direction or guidance to the development of manufacturing industry,the government of China should establish a full practical and authoritative normative feasible evaluation and early warning system.This early warning system is a system that capable of monitoring the development of the manufacturing industry through providing a comprehensive and objective assessment of the future trends of the development of the manufacturing industry.The establishment of this early warning system is important as it provides an objective analysis of the history of the development in manufacturing industry and proper guidance to the manufacturing industrial player.This research paper is based on the domestic and international economic dynamic commentary warning and manufacturing warning related researches.It summaries the setting up of the fundamental theory of the early warning system and the provision of various options to set up the early warning system,the basic idea and steps.According to the principle of selecting the index system,the early warning system index could be set up based on the combination method of quantitative and qualitative methods.On this basis,the early warning system of the manufacturing industry of China shall be deemed as the analysis and study object in order to determine and provide accurate early warning system index,quantitative calculation of the three sections of early warning systems,combination of early warning system indexes,division of alertness,analysis of the result of early warning system and recommendations on the policy of the government of China on the manufacturing industry.
