Employment problem is one of the greatest challenges among the countries of the world in 21 century. A common consensus is:The key to solve this problem is to support youth business, through starting a business to drive employment. Recent years, our government pays high attention to youth business and introduces a series of policies to encourage and support this business. However, nowadays, all parts of the country fail to achieve a high success rate in support starting a business, especially a even higher success rate in youth business. From the experience of all countries over the world, supporting youth business, especially taking advantage of creativity and flexibility of social organizations, exploring the effective pattern of supporting youth business and promoting it through government, YBC Pattern has practical significance on resolving employment and entrepreneurship problem by social organizations in our country. The new generation ofyoung entrepreneurs possesses the advantages of high education and quick learning towards new things, while they are lack of capital and experience simultaneously. The rise of YBC exactly settles such problems. However, YBC itself is confronted with some problems such as inadequate supporting policies, hysteretic enterprise training, thin social culture, insufficient supporting means and etc. The research of YBC supporting Youth Pattern contributes to solve these problems.Therefore, the study on YBC becomes a project of enterprise researches, at the mean time, becomes the focus of the work in both academic field and practice field.This article, applying an analytical method of combining logical analysis and historical analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis, summarizes the effective pattern and rules of supporting successful youth business by YBC Fujian office. Improve YBC pattern by over-all consideration of current entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship environment, relative policies, human resources and etc. provided by Fujian Province. Study the feasibility and science of YBC youth business supporting pattern under current situation on the basis of summarizing foreign successful youth business supporting plans by cutting through relative youth business supporting patterns and theories, comparing the similarities and differences by analyzing typical youth business supporting patterns at home and abroad.
