The global value chain divisions of labor important features of China's manufacturing are low technical content,rising labor costs,resources and environment of increasingly strained,and one of the hot issues in the China is the success of the transformation from the "manufacturing power" to "manufacturing power",but some characteristics of relatively weak cause foreign spillover effect is not significant,such as the absorption of imported technology,independent innovation ability and so on,and then leading to the domestic manufacturing enterprise profits are falling.Lean production in many manufacturing enterprises is introduced to promote the market competitiveness and profit of enterprise itself,making the operation efficiency was promoted and the production cost was reduced in the future.Now the scene to improve as one of the lean production mode problems has become the focus of the industry.According to the enterprise actual operation situation,on-site improvement tools are reasonable choice and multiple channels are broadened,and several improved methods are fully combined,and best improvement is made,at the same time,suggestions to improve the efficiency are proposed.But they are all of great significance in the domestic manufacturing enterprises to promote lean production.Under this background,from the perspective of empirical analysis,this study put TPG,P department of production as the research object,choosing value stream analysis as to improve the tool,combining with a variety of analysis methods to systematically optimize the on-site problems,such as TRIZ theory,cloud model,hybrid particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,etc.Finally,improving the effective countermeasures are put forward,according to improve performance and improve the research achievements of the current site.The main contents include:(1)The theory of perspective about improve on-site issues and value stream analysis.The research present situations of the on-site improvement and value stream analysis in China and abroad are analyzed,and the on-site,improve,on-site improve concept are defined,and the meaning of the on-site improve and method were discussed,and the principle of the value stream analysis modeling and analysis steps are introduced,and the concept of value stream mapping and the objects of analysis are determined.In the final,the importance of value stream mapping and drawing steps are emphatically expounded.(2)The determination of the research object and the process of analysis.The works in the department P in TPG Company is as the research object,and the company's development present situation and the department production's characteristics are expounded,and department of production value stream status chart is drawn by analyzing the technological process and collect relevant data.The waste problems in the process of on-site are reviewed from the perspective of value stream,and line A and line B,line C and Kitting warehouse work is as a focal point of improving.The corresponding improvement ideas are put forward according to its improvement potential,and the improve value stream state diagram is drawn.(3)The implementation process of solution to the problem of production and the evaluation on the effect of improvement.TRIZ theory is selected as the tool for the improvement of the production line C,and the bottleneck of production line A to solve by using the method of experimental design,and the balance of line B supply to be realized by constraint theory,and Kitting warehouse feed problem is optimized through improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and cloud model,and feed path problem is resolved combined with extension evaluation and hybrid particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,and the performance of the on-site improve is objective analysis through tangible and intangible performance.In the end,Suggestions measures about improving the site to improve efficiency are put forward according to the improvements.(4)Summary of research results.The whole study process and performance got the summary and analysis,and the key problems in the on-site improvement process and insufficient got the inductive,meanwhile,research direction and research content are discussed.
