Research On Rural Technology Service Innovation In The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

At present,China's rural science and technology service in the system and content are faced with outstanding problems:(1)research system and promotion system is not closely integrated;(2)scientific research system and the education system is not close;(3)promotion system and training system(4)rural science and technology service system and content are out of touch with the needs of farmers;(5)ecological civilization construction of rural science and technology service put forward new requirements.This paper holds that the trend of reform and innovation is irreversible,but the path of reform and innovation is the spirit that can be discussed,insisting on the principles of government guidance,project promotion,market operation,demand orientation and ecological balance,put forward a scientific integration,And constructs the rural science and technology service system of science and education to promote the whole process evaluation mechanism,and from the aspects of saving water resources,protecting cultivated land resources,protecting forest resources,controlling waste pollution,developing ecological recycling agriculture and so on.At the same time,policy suggestions are put forward from the aspects of system guarantee,project implementation,financial support,supervision and management.
