Research Of Supplier Evaluation Based On Improved AHP And Implementation In ERP Project

With the development of enterprise information technology, more and more enterprises are beginning to realize the establishment of information management platform which has become the key to improve the enterprise market competitiveness.Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) also came into being as an important support for further development of enterprises.ERP information management system can integrate the production activities and all the resources of enterprise to achieve data transfer and information sharing among the various business sectors, and ultimately the effective management of all aspects of the supply chain.Supplier located at the starting position of the supply chain is an important part which directly impacts on the flow of purchasing management and enterprise funds.Therefore, how to choose the right enterprise as strategic partners, as well as make an proper objective assessment of the suppliers suppliers to make objective and correct evaluation, research has important significance has important significance.This paper analysis problems on supplier evaluation methods,and explored the principles of manufacturing supplier evaluation,AHP and entropy. According to this,we designed a evaluation model based on AHP and entropy,which was implemented in the ERP system.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the problems of supplier evaluation,we analyzed the supply chain,supplier evaluation process and strengths and weaknesses,problems and defect of supplier evaluation method, and studied the actual situation of a manufacture enterprise and the existing problems.We establish index system of supplier evaluation and give the supplier evaluation model based on AHP and information entropy.(2)The supplier evaluation is solved by the principle of the AHP and achieve conversion from qualitative to quantitative.Meanwhile,because of human subjective preferences in solving problems by using AHP,the information entropy based on objectivity is introduced to revise subjective weight.Combining the subjective weight and the objective entropy weight not only can keep the feature of choosing supplier,but also improve and perfect the choice.By examples,we separately conduced weight calculation and results analysis of steps of the supplier evaluation model.This example proves the AHP and information algorithm combining is more reasonable and objective than by AHP only.(3)we took this enterprise as an example, an ERP information management system is designed based on B/S layer structure by using ASP.NET and successfully can be integrated with the algorithm of AHP and information entropy. The system taking MB331 A for example have been tested.After running on the line,it shows that the ERP system not only can reduce procurement staff time,improve efficiency, and also provide a rational basis in the supplier choice process.Moreover,the model has feasibility and effectiveness in the system.
