Application Of Combined AHP In Supplier Evaluation Model Of ERP System

The global market competition was day by day intense, the supply chain already became the research hotspot. Along with socialized big division of labor and whole world economic cooperation development, enterprise and supplier's dependence is becoming more and more strong, outsourcing , external cooperation can be more and more heavy in the product structure proportion, this will cause the enterprise inevitably to set a higher request on choosing suppliers and supplier management.In order to understand the advanced theory and method in choosing and appraising supplier, first introduce related concept, pattern and corresponding model in supply chain theory briefly, and analyze the vital role and the practical significance of appraising and choosing supplier. Through analyzes the request standard in choosing supplier, as well as the domestic and foreign corresponding research results, we has constructed the target structure on synthesized appraisal of supplier which is based on Analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and briefly has produced some targets quantification processing methods.Analytical hierarchy process is one kind multi-rule decision-making method which has qualitative and quantitative features, its essential step lies in constructing judgment matrix as well as obtaining weight from the judgment matrix. Focus on the judgment uncertainty problem on using the AHP method to appraise supplier, a evaluation model to supplier based on combined AHP is proposed. Firstly, standard AHP is used to establish the weight of each rule in evaluation system. Then AHP based on interval is used to evaluate each project and give the interval number of evaluation. Finally, order rules applicable to interval number is defined, and used to choose supplier according to final interval number.According to this algorithm and the appraisal model, we have realized the corresponding software function, and it is used in an actual ERP system to appraise supplier. Through practical application, this model shows the following characteristic: (1) the system is flexible and extendable, the enterprise may formulate, increase appraisal criterion according to the actual demand.(2) the judgment uncertainty problem in constructing judgment matrix is solved well; the arrangement result reflected the inherent fuzziness in choosing supplier, enabled the decision-making to be more reasonable.
