The competition between the enterprises has changed from the individual competition to supply chain networks competition which composed of customers, suppliers, research center, manufacturers, distributors and service providers with the further integration of economical. The strong and complete supply chain means strong competitiveness at this time. As an important part of the equipment manufacturing industry, the development level of building material equipment manufacturing enterprise is an important manifestation of a country's overall industrial level. It is also the industry which can develop priority and raise the level to the strategic. The building material equipment manufacturing industry is at the top of the value chain, which have a high added value and strong promoting, and there is close relationship with much other industry. Under the background of our country is located now, the importance of building materials and equipment manufacturing industry is more obvious.The competition of the building material equipment manufacturing enterprises supply chain have a directly effect to the whole supply chain which as a core. Study the single manufacturing enterprise operation mode based on the idea of supply chain has important meaning to improve the whole supply chain competitiveness. Enterprise interior supply chain stresses the coordination between various departments which can be regarded as the reduction external supply chain. There is frequent information flow, capital flow and logistics flow between the corporate sector, the core enterprise and suppliers, the core enterprise and the outsourcing vendor which will affect the enterprise supply chain operation directly.This Paper research the enterprise's operation mode and supply chain optimization in the perspective of the supply chain under the background of building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises. The main research content and work are as follows:(1)Analyzed the importance about improve the competitiveness of enterprises under the thought of supply chain. Arrangement the product process of building material equipment manufacturing, regard the departments as a part of the supply chain.(2)Using Petri net to build the model of supply chain of enterprise, and verifies the correctness of the model. By introducing time constraints to establish its stochastic Petri net(SPN) and its isomorphic Markov chain. Analyses its utilization rate of transition and the response rate of this model, and divide the net as subnets based on the recombinant algorithm of correlation matrix.(3) Point out the direction of process optimization and model modification though the analysis of model performance. To evaluate the new models' performance from the time angle with the idea of agile supply chain, add the change of production plan based on the new model, improve the model's dynamic performance.(4) Based on the theoretical research to develop the enterprise information platform based on the stochastic Petri net, and designed the main module to realize the sharing of resource. The platform has been applied in a equipment manufacturing enterprise which located in Tangshan city and has achieved the expected effect.
