With the development of economic globalization,the competition of the building material equipment manufacturing industry become more and more intense.On the one hand,by the impact of overcapacity,domestic building materials industry especially cement production project is limited.Construction equipment market has been compressed with further intensified competition On the other hand,with diversified developments of product demand of customers,the product cycle become shorter and shorter,and the demand for the order response cycle is getting higher and higher,the expectations for products and services are growing.In order to improve competitiveness,the enterprises are forced to improve product quality and service level,to reduce costs,to shorten the supply cycle under the competitive pressure.In the production process of building material equipment manufacturing enterprise,there are a large number of outsourcing parts need to be completed by many outsourcing suppliers,the allocation of outsourcing orders affects the quality,the cost and the delivery cycle of the products directly.There are many problems such as unreasonable choice of decision factors and imprecise allocation process in the traditional outsourcing order allocation method,which restricts the development of enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to set up a reasonable and effective task allocation mechanism and optimize the order allocation,the research of outsourcing order allocation system of building material equipment manufacturing enterprise based on group company model is carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The characteristics of the production process and the outsourcing order allocation of the current building material equipment manufacturing enterprise is analyzed.The key factors affecting the allocation of outsourcing orders are studied,the corresponding index evaluation system is put forward.Aiming at the problems existing in the current outsourcing order allocation mechanism.On the basis of that the order allocation priority of group enterprise is higher than the external enterprises,the optimal allocation model of outsourcing orders of building material equipment enterprise based on the cost,quality and delivery time as the optimization objective is built.At the same time,Analytical hierarchy approach is applied to determine the weight of each target.(2)With comparative analyses of the current common optimization algorithms,the advantages and disadvantages of the various algorithms are summed up.Due to the shortage of the traditional shuffled frog leaping algorithm,by improving the quality of the initial population of frogs,the optimization ability of the algorithm is improved.Finally,the outsourcing order allocation optimization model is solved by using the improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm.Compared with the traditional leapfrog algorithm,genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm,the validity of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm have been verified?(3)Based on the above optimization model and method,combining with the actual demand of the outsourcing order allocation of a building material equipment group company,the system of outsourcing order allocation for the building material equipment manufacturing enterprise is designed and developed.Combined with the practical application of the system in the case enterprise,the important function modules of the system are described in detail.
